echo in the live feed:
We have tested live feed and could
not recreate this problem on our computers. Possible cause is your soundcard
have special sound effects that are set to the sound such "auditorium", "rock",
"pop" etc. Please make sure all these are disabled and set to "none". Some cards
also have 3D effects and make sure it is also set to "none". If you keep
experiencing echo, please email to administrator.

let me know but currently audio is bad if external speaker is used. However,
just plug in your headphones and you get CD quality audio.

If you see WAG logo and after clicking
start button little circle is spinning in the middle but no live feed, webcast
has not started yet, please wait until we start webcasting. Player will start
automatically when we turn delivery on.
I can't
watch any flash videos or live content: (PC)
For Flash, please try this troubleshooting
method:
Start Internet browser, Go to youtube, we use same media player
as www.youtube.com
If you can't play youtube videos, you need to make sure you have Flash
installed, because the video player is a Flash movie.
Download the free
Flash Player (link below)
If you have Flash installed and videos still
won't play:
* Try reloading the page. You do this by holding down the
shift button on your keyboard and hitting the reload button on your browser.
* You may need to reinstall Flash on your computer.
Uninstall
any previous version of Flash. Then, you should download the most recent
version of the Flash Player and install it (link below).
Download latest
Flash player:

Test your Internet speed:
Flash videos are set to autobuffer
8-10 seconds before playback starts. If you experiencing playback problems, try
to pause clip, wait about minute or two and then press play again. It will give
you more buffering time. If this doesn't solve playback issues, you may have
slow connection and you should download clip instead.
Contact network administrator:
Send email
Please tell everything about problem; your
OS version,
your player version, what clip you try to view, what is the problem etc. More
information you give easier it is to solve the problem. Please allow up to 48
hours for reply.
